Swamp Milkweed - Asclepias incarnata - MN Native
Pink showy flowers smell like candy and will attract bees and butterflies galore!. This is also a host plant of Monarch caterpillars. This type of milkweed is very tame; it does not take over the garden and does not spread by underground runners. It only spreads by seeds. Easy to grow, and hearty. A must have for any pollinator garden.
